Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Once an order has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Please allow additional processing or transit time during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.
