Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
